Privacy Policy

How the bozuchukges.kg website processes visitor data and uses cookies.

Effective as of September 16, 2026

1. General provisions

This policy describes what data the bozuchukges.kg website (the "site"), owned by Ananyevo HPP LLC, collects, how it is used, and how you can manage it. By using the site, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. What data we collect

The site collects data only when you provide it yourself — through the contact form, the grievance form, or the Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) form. This may include: name, phone number, e-mail, message text and attached files.

The site does not run its own advertising tracking, does not collect visitor behaviour data, and does not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How the data is used

Data received through the forms is used exclusively to respond to and process your request — including registering grievances under the GRM mechanism and assigning them a number. The data is not used for newsletters or other purposes without your separate consent.

4. Cookies and third-party services

The site uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for the embedded services to work correctly:

  • YouTube — the video on the homepage. YouTube may set its own cookies under Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Maps — the interactive map of the plant's location, also uses Google cookies.
  • Google Fonts — loading the site's fonts.
  • FormSubmit — a third-party service that processes and delivers completed forms to the site administrator's email.

The site's own service worker (for offline use and fast loading as an app) stores data locally on your device and does not send it to a server.

5. Data storage and protection

Data transmission through the site's forms is protected by SSL encryption. The forms are additionally protected against automated spam. GRM grievances are registered with a change history.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request information about what data we hold about you, and to request its deletion. To do so, please email info@bozuchukges.kg.

7. Contact

For any questions related to the processing of personal data, please contact: info@bozuchukges.kg.
